We offer our HVAC technicians competitive wage of $28-$41/hour based on experience. We offer five paid holidays per year (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) and PTO (personal time off) after 90 days.

HVAC Expertise Needed:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and system inspections.
- Communicate with confidence and clarity, ensuring every client feels comfortable. and well-informed about the state of their system and the best path forward.
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and local building codes.
- Manage your service vehicle and equipment in efficient working order.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years with proven success in residential or commercial HVAC.
- EPA 608 Universal (or Type II) required.
- Deep knowledge of modern HVAC controls and electrical schematics.
- Expert-level ability to interpret technical manuals and complex blueprints.
- Valid Drivers License, clean driving record and a commitment to vehicle safety.
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are a small family operated company started in 2010 specializing in Commercial HVAC construction. There 10 employees covering everything from sheet metal to VRF installs. Located in Hopewell Virginia we have had the pleasure of serving the local community and working with industrial plants.Looking forward are goals to be involved in more "special projects" and get out of retail style construction.
